Register Early for Discounted Rate
Registration opens around October 15, 2024.
Payment Types Accepted
MSLBD accepts payment by credit card, check, or secured with a purchase order.
Organizations may secure payment with a purchase order by registering when participants are registered by the early bird deadline (Friday, January 24, 2025). Terms for purchase orders are 30 days from receipt of invoice. Registrations after the early deadline should be made online and paid with a credit card.

Hotel Reservations, parking, and meals are the responsibility of the participant. Hotel reservations at the group negotiated rate are subject to availability, book early.
Rates for the 2025 Symposium
Rates for the 2025 Symposium - February 20, 21, 22, 2025 will be announced around May 1, 2024. Registration will open around October 15.

*The Early Registration Rate deadline for the 2025 Symposium is January 24, 2025, at 11:59 PM CST. Payment terms - 30 days. January 24 is the last day to register and secure payment with a purchase order.
Registration after January 24 will be charged at the regular registration rate. Payment will be due at the time of registration. Pay online by credit card or through the mail - submit the registration form accompanied by a check. No walk-in registrations.

Cancellation, Transfer, and Inclement Weather Policies
Cancellation Policy
If you must cancel your registration, please notify the MSLBD Office at manager@mslbd.org, in writing by 5:00 p.m. central time Friday, January 24, 2025, to receive a refund less a $35 administrative fee. No refunds will be given after January 24.
Transfer a Registration
Registrations may be transferred to another individual without penalty. Please notify the MSLBD Office at manager@mslbd.org in writing as soon as possible about the change. Please fill out a new registration form for the individual assuming the registration and list the name of the individual who will not be attending on the form.
Inclement Weather Policies
MSLBD events will be held even when inclement weather occurs, and registration refunds will not be provided related to inclement weather. If the event is held, but weather conditions prohibit you from traveling, MSLBD will not provide a refund of your registration fee nor any travel expenses incurred. Events would only be canceled if the event venue informs MSLBD that it is closed or is incapable of holding the event due to flood, fire, natural disaster or governmentally declared emergency. In that case, your registration fee will be applied to a future MSLBD event but would not be refunded.
Hotel Reservations are the responsibility of the participant and subject to availability.
